Christina Hubbartt is a multidisciplinary artist drawn to the strange, the symbolic, and the spaces between. Her work often acts as a lens—distorting, revealing, and reflecting the inner mythologies we carry and conceal. Through layered imagery and playful surrealism, she explores themes of transformation, perception, and the invisible threads that bind us.

 

Having lived in multiple countries throughout her life, Christina’s practice is deeply shaped by a love for cultural storytelling and a lifelong fascination with folklore and mythology. This global perspective lends a dreamlike and archetypal tone to her visual language, where each piece becomes both a portal and a question.

 

She is currently based in Kansas City.
