Wink + Weird wants you to love your art! If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase from Wink + Weird, we’re here to help.
Returns

We accept returns within 7 days7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Custom or personalized orders are non-refundable, unless they arrive damaged or defective.
How to Start a Return
Contact us at WinkandWeird@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
If your return is approved, we’ll provide return instructions.
You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or we made an error.
Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll replace or refund your item at no additional cost.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please return the original and place a new order.
